A veces las salidas imprevistas son las mejores, porque las cosas se dan de una manera diferente, les digo esto porque justamente hace unos días atrás, en la tarde salimos así súper rápido a comprar unas cosas en el mercado, pero terminamos haciendo parada en un lugar nuevo donde entramos para probar las hamburguesas con papas fritas y los helados, fue genial entrar en este lugar porque se pasó un rato agradable.

Sometimes the unexpected outings are the best, because things happen in a different way, I tell you this because just a few days ago, in the afternoon we went out super fast to buy some things at the market, but we ended up stopping at a new place where we went to try the hamburgers and fries and ice cream, it was great to enter this place because it was a nice time.

Lo más chistoso de todo, era que no teníamos muchas ganas de salir, porque cada quien estaba enfocado en sus quehaceres del día, pero mi hermana que es tan insistente nos terminó convenciendo a todos y nos fuimos a la batalla, broma al mercado.

The funniest thing of all, was that we didn't really feel like going out, because everyone was focused on their chores for the day, but my sister who is so insistent ended up convincing us all and we went to battle, joke to the market.

Pero en realidad, a lo que iba es que avece nos dejamos llevar por la rutina que nos olvidamos completamente que eso pequeños detalles nos ayudan a tener un mejor día y el cuerpo se llena de una buena vibra ya que sales haces algo diferente y estas cosas te hacen sentir bien.

But in reality, what I was getting at is that sometimes we get so carried away by routine that we completely forget that these little details help us to have a better day and the body is filled with a good vibe as you go out and do something different and these things make you feel good.

Me gusto poder salir y pasar un rato agradable y de una vez comprar las cosas que hacían falta de la casa, esto me ayudo a reflexionar y comprender que a veces la mente tiene que distraerse un poco para no estar siempre en la misma rutina porque cuando hacemos algo diferente nos sentimos con mucha vida y una buena energía.

I liked being able to go out and spend a nice time and at once buy the things that were missing from home, this helped me to reflect and understand that sometimes the mind has to be distracted a little to not always be in the same routine because when we do something different we feel with a lot of life and good energy.

Creo que hay que tener un equilibro en ambas cosas ya que pasar mucho tiempo encerrado esto nos afecta, siempre hay relacionarse un poco para distraernos, salir de la rutina y así no sofocarnos con lo rutinario. Bueno esto es lo que pienso y me gusto poder tener esa salida un poco imprevista.

I think you have to have a balance in both things because spending a lot of time locked up affects us, we must always relate a little to distract us, get out of the routine and not suffocate us with the routine. Well this is what I think and I liked to have that little unforeseen exit.
