Feliz inicio de semana amigos de Hive está noche quiero compartir con ustedes el proceso de realización de esta torta que fue un pedido que entregué el día de ayer en la tarde y la verdad que me encantó el resultado y la verdad es que siempre agradezco por esos clientes los cuales siempre confían en mi y en mi trabajo y la chica que me encargo está torta la verdad que es una cliente la cuál es súper amable y siempre queda encantada con mi trabajo. Desearía tener muchos clientes como ella.

Y les cuento que está torta tenía una decoración en especial como lo eran unas esferas que las he visto que las hacen con chocolate pero la verdad no es mi fuerte trabajar con chocolate pero en una tienda donde siempre compro todo lo de repostería las había visto así que estaba tranquila por esa parte y cuando las fui a comprar no había así que me estrese un poco. Estuve buscando en otras tiendas y no encontré pero decidí comprar fondant y pintarlo y hacer estás esferas. Así que siempre podemos revolver.

And I tell you that this cake had a special decoration such as some spheres that I have seen that are made with chocolate but the truth is that working with chocolate is not my strong suit but in a store where I always buy everything pastry I had seen them like this I was calm on that part and when I went to buy them there weren't any, so it stressed me out a little. I was looking in other stores and couldn't find it but I decided to buy fondant and paint it and make these spheres. So we can always stir.

Está clienta siempre me pide torta de chocolate húmedo, rellena de arequipe y cubierta con crema de mantequilla. Una vez lista quedé encantada con el resultado final y mi clienta igual. Nada mejor que siempre poder complacer a nuestros clientes.

This client always asks me for a moist chocolate cake, filled with arequipe and covered with butter cream. Once ready, I was delighted with the final result and so was my client. Nothing better than always being able to please our customers.
