Feliz noche amigos de Lifestyle está noche quiero compartir con ustedes que hoy tuve que ir de emergencia a consulta con mi odontóloga y es que todo el fin de semana tuve dolor de muela y necesitaba que ella me revisara. Y pues me tuvieron que sacar una muela hoy. Hoy me sacaron la terrible muela del juicio, hace casi dos años me había sacado una y hoy me tuve que sacar otra.

Happy night Lifestyle friends tonight I want to share with you that today I had to go to my dentist for an emergency appointment and I had a toothache all weekend and I needed her to check me out. So, I had to have a tooth pulled today. Today I had my dreaded wisdom tooth pulled. I had one pulled almost two years ago, and today I had to have another one pulled.

Al llegar al consultorio la doctora me dijo que me pusiera cómoda para ella poder revisarme y la muela estaba rota por un lado. Ella coloco la anestesia y estuvimos hablando un buen rato mientras está hacia efecto y luego procedió a sacarme la muela, la verdad que fue bastante rápido y aunque estaba bastante nerviosa me controle y la doctora trabajo bastante rápido.

When I arrived at the office, the doctor told me to get comfortable so she could examine me. The tooth was broken on one side. She administered the anesthetic, and we talked for a while while it took effect. Then she proceeded to extract the tooth. It was actually quite quick, and although I was quite nervous, I controlled myself, and the doctor worked fairly quickly.

Y por aquí está la causante de mi dolor, está muela que se rompió por un lado pero gracias a mí odontóloga ya me siento mucho mejor. Una vez la saco me explico que esta muela tenía una raíz más grande y por eso tal vez batallo un poco para sacarla. Pero aún así yo siento que fue un proceso bastante rápido y muchas personas dicen es rápido lo de sacar una muela pero la verdad un procedimiento que implica sus riesgos.

And here's the cause of my pain: this tooth broke on one side, but thanks to my dentist, I feel much better now. Once it was extracted, she explained to me that this tooth had a larger root, which is perhaps why I struggled a bit to get it out. But I still feel like it was a fairly quick process, and many people say it's quick to pull a tooth, but the truth is, it's a procedure that carries its risks.

Luego de terminar la extracción de la muela y esperar un rato de que la anestesia bajara le agradecí a la doctora por poder atenderme tan rápido. La verdad que mi odontóloga es muy simpática y ella hace tiempo me había dicho que me tenía que sacar está muela solo que por otros compromisos no había podido.

After completing the tooth extraction and waiting a while for the anesthesia to wear off, I thanked the doctor for being able to see me so quickly. The truth is, my dentist is very nice, and she had told me a while ago that I needed to have this tooth removed, but other commitments kept her from doing so.

Justo el consultorio de la doctora está frente a un supermercado así que al salir fui a comprar compotas ya que se que debo tener una dieta blanda y esto me ayudara a controlar un poco el hambre.

The doctor's office is right across from a supermarket, so when I left, I went to buy some compotes since I know I should have a soft diet and this will help me control my hunger a little.
