Hola amigos excelente Día pata todos un gusto estar de vuelta, les confieso que disfruto mucho en hacer vida en este maravilloso espacio que nos brinda la comunidad de @amazingdrinks. Hoy les quiero compartir una Deliciosa bebida tres en uno aunque el tradicional se prepara con naranja pues este lo combine con espinaca. Está refrescante bebida con remolacha, zanahoria y espinaca es excelente para subir la hemoglobina nos llena de mucha energía, aporta potasio a nuestro organismo, por otra parte ayuda a reducir la presión arterial, en las mañanas son ideales para recargar las fuerzas para el Día,.pero usted lo puede consumir a cualquier hora mis amigos! es muy delicioso, a mi abuelita le gusta mucho y ya que ella es de un poco de hemoglobina baja es ideal. A continuación les indico los siguientes pasos a seguir:

Ingredientes:
🍹250 ml de agua.
🍹1 Remolacha.
🍹1/2 Zanahoria.
🍹2 Hojas de espinacas.
🍹4 Cucharadas de azúcar.
###Ingredients:
🍹250 ml of water.

🍹1/2 Carrot.
🍹2 spinach leaves.
🍹4 Tablespoons of sugar.
Paso a Paso
1er paso: Bueno mis creativos para dar inicio a está deliciosa bebida vamos a proceder lavar bien la remolacha y zanahoria, Seguidamente retirar las cáscara y proceder a cortar en cubos pequeños o cómo más nos guste.

2do paso: Luego amigos vamos a tomar el agua verter al vaso de la licuadora junto a la remolachas previamente cortadas y procesar por unos minutos a velocidad alta.

3er paso: A continuación vamos a tomar las zanahorias en cubos y verter al vaso de la licuadora, Seguidamente lavar y cortar las hojas de espinacas e incorporar con las cucharadas correspondiente de azúcar eso depende también de su gusto y procesar para Inter todo.

4to paso: Para finalizar pasar por el colador para eliminar residuos y listo a refrigerar o servir con bastante hielo mis amigos.
