New objective baking course.

Primero que nada buenos días comunidad, La verdad es que quería comentarles de una nueva meta que me estoy proponiendo, la verdad desde que he estado trabajando con lo que es la panadería en la que me encuentro me empezó a llamar la atención este oficio y decidí especializarme un poco más en ello por eso me emocione mucho al saber que iban a dictar un curso.

First, good morning, community. The truth is that I wanted to tell you about a new goal that I am setting for myself. The truth is that since I have been working with the bakery where I am, this job began to catch my attention, and I decided to specialize a little more in it, which is why I was very excited to know that they were going to teach a course.

Después de recibir esta noticia decidí tomar medidas referente al caso e ir a preguntar, después de salir del trabajo hace aproximadamente dos semanas pude inscribirme aproveché el hecho de que es un curso muy económico solo se necesitaban 100 bolívares para la inscripción lo cual me pareció justo después de inscribirme, vino la otra parte que iba a ser un poco más difícil, pero como ya la había hablado en el trabajo no hubo problema, cuál era la otra parte se preguntaran? Bueno el curso es solo un día a la semana el cual es el día miércoles a las 1 de la tarde hasta las 4 de la tarde que pasa esto afecta a mi horario de trabajo por lo cual tuve que pedir permiso y hacer una declaración jurada para poder asistir lo cual no fue tan difícil más bien agradezco que me dieran chance de poder tener esta oportunidad.

After receiving this news, I decided to take action regarding the case and go ask. After leaving work approximately two weeks ago, I was able to enroll. I took advantage of the fact that it is a very economical course. Only 100 bolivars were needed for registration, which seemed fair to me. After signing up, the other part came up that was going to be a little more difficult, but since I had already talked about it at work, there was no problem. What was the other part, you might ask? Well, the course is only one day a week, which is Wednesday from 1 in the afternoon until 4 in the afternoon. This affects my work schedule, which is why I had to ask for permission and make an affidavit to be able to attend, which was not that difficult, and I am grateful that they gave me the chance to have this opportunity.

Gracias a eso, ya pude empezar mis clases y la verdad es que me siento superbién por este hecho, lo que es la semana pasada nos pidieron que lleváramos tanto lo que son las herramientas como los ingredientes de trabajo para hacer pan de avena y pan de leche, entre cada uno de mi grupo nos dividimos los ingredientes y los materiales para esta tarea. después de esto nos vimos la semana siguiente para realizar la tarea pedida.

Thanks to that, I was able to start my classes, and the truth is that I feel great about this fact. Last week, they asked us to bring both the tools and the working ingredients to make oatmeal bread. Milk, and among each of my groups, we divided the ingredients and materials for this task. After this, we met the following week to carry out the requested task.

Estaba nervioso porque el primer día que íbamos a hacer esta tarea mis compañeras no llegaban y eso de verdad me ponía los pelos de punta. Pero gracias a Dios llegaron al rato lo cual me calmo, lo admito, una de las cosas que no me gustaron de ese día era que no había electricidad, pero en fin eso es algo normal de Venezuela 🤣🤣🤣, después de esto pasamos a lo que es el amasado y la elaboración de la masa. Doy gracias a Dios porque a medida que he estado en la panadería esto me ha ayudado a estar un poco por delante de algunos no lo digo por jactarme sino porque gracias a algunos conocimientos que tengo he podido ser una ayuda para mis compañeras y gracias a esto fuimos los primeros en terminar la verdad 🤣🤣🤣, pero bueno logramos la meta gracias a Dios y aparte nos dieron la nueva asignación para la semana que viene la cual es hacer pan de queso y pan de queso con tocineta de verdad estoy super emocionado, porque a quien no le gusta el pan de queso😍😍😍? Aparte quiero aprender cosas nuevas así que aprovecharé lo más que pueda por aprender y bueno este es mi pequeño post espero les allá gustado hasta pronto.

I was nervous because the first day we were going to do this task, my classmates didn't arrive, and that really made my hair stand on end. But thank God they arrived after a while, which calmed me down. I admit it, one of the things I didn't like about that day was that there was no electricity, but anyway, that's something normal in Venezuela. Aftermaths, we moved on to the kneading and preparation of the dough. I thank God because, as I have been in the bakery, this has helped me to be a little ahead of some. I am not saying this to boast, but because thanks to some knowledge, I have been able to be a help to my colleagues and thanks to this, we were the first to finish the truth 🤣🤣🤣, but well, we achieved the goal, thank God, and also they gave us the new assignment for next week, which is to make cheese bread and cheese bread with real bacon. I'm super excited, because who doesn't like cheese bread😍😍😍? Besides, I want to learn new things, so I will take advantage of as much as I can to learn, and well, this is my little post.
