Davis Cup @ Taipei. World Group II. Taiwan versus Hong Kong. 🎾 見證台維斯盃賽事在台北網球中心開打 🎾

Yeah yeah I know many of you are occupied with HiveFest at Amsterdam. I cannot attend but will watch the show tonight. Still, my life goes on... We went to Taipei Tennis Center to watch the Davis Cup 2022. It's Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) up against Hong Kong and today is only the first day of the two day event.

They said that the Taiwan side is better than the HK side. Indeed it looked so at the beginning of the first match when Jason Jung played against Coleman Wong. Jason took the first set by 6:1 and looked pretty solid, but you never know... Coleman managed to win the 2nd set by 6:4 and the last set was very very close with a tie break ending like 8:10 and Jason lost the match.

Sigh... but well done the youngster Wong!! The 2nd match was Wu against another Wong from HK and finally Wu took the win for Taiwan and now it's a 1:1 tie. We don't have time to come back tomorrow so good luck to both teams! 😊

Hello CN盆友們好！周末愉快！

今天天氣好，我們帶了TT去內湖的台北網球中心去看台維斯盃的比賽！這是號稱網球的世界盃，其實我以前連在電視上都很少看，我都是看四大滿貫賽的。不過，可以見證這種國際級賽事，現場看球，還是免費，那我們就不客氣啦！😊

我也是昨晚才研究一下，原來是台維斯盃亞洲賽事有部分在這裡辦，剛好我們看的是台灣對上香港，感覺都很親切，所以很開心！

我幾乎算是沒有看過這種等級的現場賽事，所以特別覺得很有意思。觀察很仔細。

看了一下簡單的開幕式，線審穿藍色衣服，球童穿橘色衣服，選手則各隊穿不同顏色。比較讓我覺得好玩的是，這裡的球童似乎都比滿貫賽的要年紀大，很多看起來比選手還大隻，不知道是怎麼回事？國外的看起來都是國小高年級生的感覺，這裡的都像是高中生。😆

天氣超級晴朗．．．所以，被曬得很慘！😔☀️🔥 不過，機會難得只好忍耐。但現場氣氛還不錯，比賽也很精采，所以也就認了...

今天就是兩場單打。第一戰是33歲老將莊吉生，對上年輕的「香港一哥」黃澤林... 賽前都看好莊，因為經驗多排名靠前。果然，第一盤就６：１輕鬆拿下！以為就穩了．．．結果．．．球是圓的！第二盤跟黃拉鋸，最後以４：６不敵。我那時就覺得不妙，因為莊看起來開始累了，而黃則越來越穩定。最後一盤更為接近，一路殺到搶七，你也知道搶七，其實運氣運氣，最後就是莊以6：7（8：10）不敵，爆冷丟掉首點單打。

第二戰，因為太熱，我就躲到裡面的咖啡廳去吃飯了😆，最後知道結果就是台灣的吳東霖直落二勝過香港的王康傑。所以，目前兩隊就是戰成１：１平手，明天還有雙打等賽程，但我們就沒辦法到現場看了。
