Lo primero que se estarán preguntando es ¿Cómo se van a dañar en su caja?, pues si, resulta que el clima en mi ciudad no ayuda mucho a conservar algunas prendas, y es que aquí hace bastante calor y también se siente humedad en el ambiente, esta combinación no es buena en una zapatera, es por eso que debemos prestar atención a la forma y lugar donde guardamos nuestros zapatos.

The first thing you may be wondering is how they will be damaged in their box, well yes, it turns out that the climate in my city does not help much to preserve some garments, and is that here it is quite hot and also feels humid in the air, this combination is not good in a shoe rack, that's why we must pay attention to the shape and place where we keep our shoes.

Bien, entrando en materia, les cuento que un buen día descubrí mis zapatos casi sin uso pero con más de un año guardados, estaban cuarteados y pelados, les aclaro que no eran de piel de cocodrilo ni nada por el estilo, se trata de unos simples zapatos de material sintético😁

Well, getting into the matter, I tell you that one day I discovered my shoes almost unused but with more than a year stored, they were cracked and peeled, I clarify that they were not crocodile skin or anything like that, it is a simple synthetic shoes😁.

Verlos así me dio tristeza y preocupación, porque necesitaba unos zapatos esa semana y pensé sacarlos de la caja y ponérmelos después de tanto tiempo, lo que nunca imaginé era verlos tan dañados.

Seeing them like that made me sad and worried, because I needed some shoes that week and I thought I would take them out of the box and put them on after so long, what I never imagined was to see them so damaged.

Sabía que no podía comprar unos nuevos, entonces fue que se me ocurrió ver tutoriales en You tube, y puse manos a la obra...

I knew I couldn't buy new ones, so I started watching tutorials on You tube, and I started to work on them...

Conseguí

• tela suficiente como para forrarlos.
• Pega blanca.
• tijeras
• y ganas de trabajar😊

I got:

• Enough fabric to line them.
• white glue.
• scissors
• and willingness to work😊

Tuve que terminar de pelar cada zapato para dejar la superficie lo más lisa posible.

I had to finish peeling each shoe to make the surface as smooth as possible.

Debo confesar que esté trabajo lo hice con mucho temos, por eso verán que comencé a documentarlo después de ver el resultado de mi trabajo con el primer zapato.

I must confess that I did this work with a lot of fear, so you will see that I started to document it after seeing the result of my work with the first shoe.

Pueden ver, no son perfectos pero para ser la primera vez, creo que no quedaron nada mal.

You can see, they are not perfect but for a first time, I think they are not bad at all.

Finalmente tengo zapatos nuevos sin haber ido a comprarlos😘

I finally have new shoes without having gone shopping for them😘.

Les cuento que esa restauración la hice hace ya casi dos años, y aun conservo mis zapatos en buen estado.

I tell you that I did that restoration almost two years ago, and I still have my shoes in good condition.
