My Actifit RC: Dec 21th 22 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #237

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

The sun already shines high in the sky for the shortest day of the year, that of the winter solstice, which, however, is equal to that of the summer solstice. For the air there is also a fair haze that indicates that humidity levels are skyrocketing, just like throughout this summer season.

Today I had an appointment with friends at Federico II University in Corso Umberto I. I saw some friends I had met at the beach a couple of years ago. We met to eat pizza at the Trianon like in the good old days.

After lunch, due to other commitments, I had to go home while they were doing a tour in #Naples. I had just the time to celebrate my #iamalivechallenge 237 at the metro line 1 station in via Duomo. Even today they are #alive and we celebrate just at 14 reaching already 10k of steps.

In the afternoon, opening my sister’s notebook, I noticed salt deposits. She told me that she only took him a few times with her to the sea. But from the photo it would seem incredible what it says because the spots are very extensive.

Then I do not believe that it is normal that notebooks have a short way compared to fixed workstations, because they are precisely portable and this must be taken into account when choosing an important workstation.

Meanwhile the accumulated plates today reached about 15k. Not bad for a day when I didn’t think of walking so much, but, you always have to be #alive to the opportunities that life reserves.

Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of #Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
