My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2023

It was a chance to spend some time with one of our grandchildren. We were hoping to go to a local park with him to see the ducks and geese but the weather started to turn damp, so we ended up at McDonald's 😆.

Well that was nice! After some shopping we all went back to our flat for a few hours. Later taking the little boy home to our daughter.

A bit later still, I ran an errand for my daughter. As I'm the only family member with a car I find that this is a thing I do quite often. On this occasion picking up an exercise bike which my daughter has just bought from a previous owner. Not bad for £80!

Well, they missed out on the ducks but sure they were happy with a McD's. Wow, I haven't had one of those for absolutely ages!
