Splendour is a good way to describe the feeling of being in or experiencing the mountains (Rocky Mountains that is). This is mount Baldy, as seen from the Barrier Lake hiking trail, Kananaskis country, Alberta. Photos taken in early March.

Splendid! I wonder what it may feel like climbing that mountain, though it doesn't seem too high.
