Absolutely, it's better for anyone. If you are walking up a mountain but your eyes only look to your toes with every step you take, then it would be better if you just lie down in your room. Coming out of your room is to see the horizon and the best horizon to see is the blue sky. Limitless and full of freedom, especially if you look at it from the peaks you have conquered.
