Stamina
With different foods I want to say that eating food is something that we must do as humans because it is a need for the body to have a food supply so that our body has the stamina that can make us move very well.
That's why I usually eat foods that can nourish my body and also make me feel full, especially so that I can carry out my activities well, because healthy food makes our body and mind healthy too.
