This is a very funny topic to write about today and anyone from my country should be able to relate to this easily. But I don't know if we asked to talk about our experience or something else. But I'm going to be writing about my experience with a mosquito bite.
I'm from Nigeria which means the only way you won't get a mosquito bite is if you don't leave your house at all or you are very very wealthy and still I can guarantee you will get bitten by a mosquito. I remembered one very very bad experience.
It was around 2014 when I was working as a paster, we go around places they need our service and sometimes we stay weeks or more, so went to the printing press company around Alaba Lagos. It was a two-story building and I thought there won't be mosquitoes there I later blame myself for the decision I made. The first time we went to work all we stayed was for two days and there was no mosquito at all, the sleep was great. The following week we were asked to come again and I didn't go with my mosquito net even my cover cloth was left at home. The first night was the same as the previous week and I thought every other day will be like that.
The night of the second day, everything changed finally, I got to my room to sleep around 10 pm, I decide to sleep with just my shorts because of the heat, only if I had known, it started with the singing to my ear, I thought it was a dream not until it didn't stop. I put on the light and saw it was a mosquito then I got quiet so it can come and I can kill it but I end up hitting my face hard without killing any mosquito.
To cut the long story short, I didn't sleep that night, when it was day break, I decided to take my bath before starting my daily work and that was when I found out I already scratched my skin till I got injured when the water touches the spot.
I finally went back home that morning because I can't wait to experience the same thing I went through last night.
