Hello Weekend, A Little Yoga ?

Hello, another week has passed. How's your week? Do you have any plans for the weekend to refresh yourself? Last week my family chose to go to the mountains. So this weekend we chose to go to the beach for a change of atmosphere.

Although I do freelance work and I can control my time, I still feel very excited when it comes to the weekend. For me, the weekend is a time when I can get away from technology like phones or laptops, instead I spend more time taking care of myself and my family. My plan today is to go to the beach to do yoga, take my 2 dogs for a walk and cook a snack for my small family.

My house is about 500m from the coast, however I choose a beach further away because that area is quieter than the beach near my house. My luggage today is just a yoga travel mat and my two pet dogs.

The sky at the end of autumn looks so beautiful, the golden sun shines on a corner of the sky. And the sea air was so fresh, I took a deep breath, my facial muscles relaxed. In the meantime, I allow myself to temporarily forget the list of deadlines in notepad, and instead feel fully enjoying the present moment. I felt really comfortable at that moment.

We parked our motorbikes and walked down to the sand. As usual, Badu and Meow Meow were eager to explore the surrounding area. They always love to run on the sand and play with each other.

It's great to practice yoga at the beach, not in the familiar room every day. The sound of sea waves, golden sand, warm sunshine and fresh air make my spirit more comfortable and lighter after a tiring working week.

I chose an area with clean and flat sand. I spread out my favorite yoga mat by the beach and enjoyed a relaxing time with yoga moves. After 30 minutes of yoga, I spend more time meditating.

Did you know that outdoor breathing yoga exercises not only help to refresh the body, strengthen the internal immune system, but also help increase the connection between us and the outside world. I know this feeling of connection takes practice, but give it a try because the rewards are well worth it. Being in the sea and being a part of nature will help us feel many miracles. It's all about focusing on the present moment, finding balance in your mind. If you're having trouble concentrating your energy, or are under too much stress, try going to the beach and giving yourself a workout. Meditation helps you improve your creative thinking, helps you focus and find happiness in your life.

If the practice of yoga and meditation leaves you confused because you don't know where to start, try connecting with nature. Pay attention to its beauty. Breath the clean air. Anything from a simple walk on the beach to a camping trip... Find the best outdoor activity in your area for the weekend.

After 2 hours of yoga, meditate and spend time playing with Badu and Meow Meow. The sun was out, we went home and cooked together light meals for the weekend. We had a wonderful weekend. How about you? Share your weekend with me.

Oohh. I have tried Banh Xeo before. I was about to ask if its Banh Xeo but I'm not sure. I just order mine without seafoods. Hehehehe. Love that crunchy bite and the sauce too!

If only someone could take my photos while practicing. Ehheheeh

Yoga thì tập hít thở dk c ạ, còn học thì e gợi ý đi học pole dance thú zị hơn á c 😆
