My Climatic Experience for the Day and Lesson Learnt

#HiveisAlive, doy gracias a Dios por la calidad de vida que nos ha dado a ti y a mí y por cada beneficio diario y el aliento de vida que nos sostiene como humanidad.

Today has been an awesome day in the sense that It's the second rainy day of the year. Abuja and most states of Nigeria have been suffering the hotness of the sun's radiation. The rate of deydration has been on the increase. Many wise and health conscious individuals are resorting to the consumption of fruit and taking enough water to help rehydrate themselves and keep fit.

Hoy ha sido un día increíble en el sentido de que es el segundo día lluvioso del año. Abuja y la mayoría de los estados de Nigeria han estado sufriendo el calor de la radiación solar. La tasa de deshidratación ha ido en aumento. Muchas personas sabias y conscientes de la salud están recurriendo al consumo de frutas y tomando suficiente agua para ayudar a rehidratarse y mantenerse en forma.

What promotes heat more is the wearing of black clothes or suit as i did today. I was to attend a workshop that led me to wear that. It really done on me that i should have wore a white sleeved shirt under my black suit as i was severely dealt by the intensity of the hotness generated. So, it pays to wear light skinned clothes that helps reflect back such a heat or sun's radiation. Though now the climate is gradally changing and we hope for more rainfall to cool or weather and make our ecosystem a habitable place to live.

Lo que promueve más el calor es el uso de ropa o traje negro como lo hice hoy. Iba a asistir a un taller que me llevó a usar eso. Realmente me hizo sentir que debería haber usado una camisa de manga blanca debajo de mi traje negro, ya que la intensidad del calor generado me trató severamente. Por lo tanto, vale la pena usar ropa de piel clara que ayude a reflejar el calor o la radiación solar. Aunque ahora el clima está cambiando gradualmente y esperamos más lluvias para refrescar o climatizar y hacer de nuestro ecosistema un lugar habitable para vivir.
