What makes anxiety worse
Hello my lovely and beautiful friends on cent community how are you doing today hope you are all having a great day and fun time as well.
Today, I got another wonderful and amazing topic for us today and I believe you all are going to love it.
There are things that makes anxiety worse which is:
- poor sleep
- poor boundaries
- inner narrative
- thoughts
- caffeine
- dehydration
- conflict
- skipping meals
- what you eat
One thing I have come to understand in life is that poor way of sleeping makes everything worse, a vicious cycle that distort my thoughts, my perception, my ability to self-regulate my emotions or probably stick to the things I want to practice prioritizing my sleep improves every aspect of my life.
However, have a poor boundary will make you feel overextended, resentful, overwhelmed. And also increases the tendency of overthinking, In other it's always hard to feel calm and composed if a person who is hardest lives inside my head.
Exercising the best case scenario instead of the worst case scenario Because worrying does not contribute in any way to the things I do worry about, caffeine mimics symptoms of anxiety by making you feel hyper alert, restless jittery and also compromising sleep.
Dehydration contribute to anxiety that is why we need to make it as much as possible to drink water or probably liquids that are caffeine free and also one of most trending things brings about anxiety is conflict and so we need to try to keep a minimum by communicating clearly and having difficult conversation.
Sometimes, most people don't know that what they eat impact anxiety levels because consuming too much of sugar has an impact on our sleep and on the stability of our energy levels one thing that helps alot is to read ingredients labels in other not to the sugar that probably hides in places where you do not expect.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
