Hoy te escribo para darte mi agradecimiento. Sabes que cada mañana cuando apenas comienzas tu ronda eres el anuncio de buenas nuevas, eres la esperanza de un nuevo día que se despliega para la vida, contigo llega la luz, el calor, energías que renuevan las mías y la de todos los seres que nos rodean.

Me encanta asomarme por las ranuras que quedan en mi ventana y allí frente a ti, cerrar mis ojos y extender ese invisible hilo de conexión donde abrazarte me llena de paz y una fuerza gigantesca de que todo lo bello es posible.

En ocasiones me siento como aquella mujer primitiva que se arrodillaba ante ti para adorarte porque te consideraba un Dios, me pregunto: ¿Es que eso ha cambiado? ¿No tienes acaso la fuerza de un Dios que hace posible la vida de cada ser? No, no ha cambiado eres fuente, eres vida y allí va mi agradecimiento.

En esa hora del dulce amanecer, junto a ti, vamos despertando. La naturaleza con el cantar de los gallos y el alegre trinar de las aves nos van anunciando que el día comienza, lo verde inicia su proceso y juntos nos regalan la esencia de la vida, un aire puro, el hálito que nos mueve. Y aquí, la humanidad, con su sabiduría y reverencia va dejando constancia de su amor por ti y en unos hermosos y energéticos movimientos ha plasmado su agradecimiento haciendo un “Saludo al sol”, una manera, un lenguaje para conectar con tu fuerza y decirte gracias, gracias.

Que decirte de la salud amigo mío, desde que nacemos, entre las primeras recomendaciones que la medicina nos da es que nos expongamos a tus rayos de la primera hora de la mañana, ya que ellos ayudan a fijar la vitamina D y haces posible otros procesos que fortalecen el organismo físico.

Me encanta cuando en las mañanas frías y húmedas de mi hogar, salgo al patio, entre los árboles y techos busco un rayito de tu calor y como una reina iguana me planto allí con mis brazos abiertos para recibirte. Calientas mi cuerpo y mi alma porque ¡Cómo reconfortas! Eres como el abrazo tibio y cariñoso del amigo incondicional. Gracias, gracias.

Eres símbolo de la belleza y el disfrute. Contemplar tu salida y tu ocaso es fuente de inspiración para poetas, cantores, pintores y fotógrafos, verte jugar entre las nubes dibujando sombras y luces, nos maravillan… los atardeceres cobijan los amores y embelesan el espíritu, en su contemplación los sentidos se despiertan dando paso a los sentimientos hermosos que nos habitan.

Eres maravilloso amigo Sol, bajo tu luz lo más grande ocurre. Eres lo más preciado en un día de playa, en un paseo a la montaña, al parque. Tu presencia hace que la alegría emerja poniendo el ánimo festivo. Gracias, gracias.

Estas entre las pocas o muchas cosas que dan certeza en el universo, en las noches no te lloro porque tengo la seguridad que mañana estarás aquí iluminando esta parte del mundo, que con tu llegada amorosamente nos dices:
