You should already know this face by now 👀

Back in September of 2021, I did a complete redesign of my branding. I made a huge post and informative video about it, which you can view here. I was and still am very happy with how the new look turned out. You may notice my Daltono logo now appears on all of my thumbnails, I'm pretty obsessed with the design.

I didn't have any plans of changing my profile pic since I had a sexy new logo. You never know what will happen though, that is why I say never count anything out.

A couple of weeks ago I was reading this article about Posh Pets NFT and rediscovered @astrocreator. I was already a fan of their work that I had looked at over on https://nftshowroom.com/astrocreator/gallery. I hadn't ever talked to them and decided to finally follow the account since I clearly love their style of art.

About a week later I got a random Discord friend request from @astrocreator. I was happy to accept and then shortly after received a DM with an amazing surprise. This creative and super awesome artist from halfway across the world decided that I was cool enough to become one of their design subjects. I was blown away by the drawing of me. It was literally so good and I couldn't stop obsessing over it and sharing it with my family and friends.

Take a look at the comparison photo of me in real life vs the digital version of me. As you can see, we look very similar. I am a bit partial to the one on the right since his special mental abilities are more clear. They both possess the same skills, but I like the world to be able to see how electrifying my mind is.

After I received the files for the design and permission to use them, I got to work making my new profile pic. I combined the drawing for @astrocreator with a wave that @baptisttadg drew from me back when I commissioned all of my redesign files. I was able to blend the styles into one dope photo that I am very pleased with.

I think that it is better to have a simple photo like this one as my profile pic, rather than the more busy ocean samurai with dolphins logo. I still am using that logo on all of my thumbnails and you will see it a lot, but the profile pic is going to be this new drawing design that I love so much. Both are very clearly the same bearded dude, so I don't think that people will have any problem at all recognizing me either way.

I can say that both individuals are very good at communication and understand how to turn your ideas into works of art. I am super grateful that I have been able to work with both of these designers, surely it won't be the last time.
