懒人日常/番茄米线➕追剧
晚饭不想做,来一份每周必点的番茄米线,这浓郁的汤汁,闻着口水都出来了。
第一次吃米线是上学时候,在学校附近的古巷有家鸡丁米饭,那种老式米线的味道至今难忘。后来工作后在当地吃的都是过桥米线,加菌类蔬菜那种,口感比较爽滑味道特别鲜,吃完后身上半天的米线味,应该是掺了不少添加剂一类的东西,算不上特别喜欢。
去年同事带我来这家新开的米线店,尝过这里的番茄米线后其他店里的再没吃过了。这家米线带着大米的清香,和胶质的完全不同。外卖的米线和汤是分开装的,需要把米线倒入汤中搅拌一下,再加点醋,击中灵魂的味道哈哈,每次都吃的干干净净。
难得清净的夜晚,一边追剧一边吃瓜,好心情是自己给自己的,生活就应该简简单单不要自寻烦恼。睡前微醺一下,今晚吃的太杂,希望不要闹肚子。
