The body of Christ, the church is a body that needs each of its members in operation, the church needs the teachers of the word, we see that the Apostle Paul exhorts Titus to speak according to the word of God, when people hear this word they are transformed.
THE Holy Spirit of God does his work in the life of the believer, he acts by the word given by pastors and teachers among others, NOT by human reasoning itself, God through his word and the actions of his Holy Spirit can change people's lives.
As the word of God begins to act in us, our mind begins to be transformed and all our actions and attitudes too, that is why if we participate in a church where the word of God is taught, we will not we will have doubts that we will grow spiritually, that we will develop and our person will live a radical transformation, we will begin to live a life according to the word of God, from there we should be grateful for having received the word of God in our lives.

Cuando estudiamos la palabra de Dios y somos transformados por medio de ella se ven desafiadas nuestras costumbres, pensamientos, nuestra forma de actuar y como reaccionamos ante las diferentes circunstancias.
Pero tú habla lo que está de acuerdo con la sana doctrina. 2 Que los ancianos sean sobrios, serios, prudentes, sanos en la fe, en el amor, en la paciencia. 3 Las ancianas asimismo sean reverentes en su porte; no calumniadoras, no esclavas del vino, maestras del bien; 4 que enseñen a las mujeres jóvenes a amar a sus maridos y a sus hijos, 5 a ser prudentes, castas, cuidadosas de su casa, buenas, sujetas a sus maridos, para que la palabra de Dios no sea blasfemada. 6 Exhorta asimismo a los jóvenes a que sean prudentes; 7 presentándote tú en todo como ejemplo de buenas obras; en la enseñanza mostrando integridad, seriedad, 8 palabra sana e irreprochable, de modo que el adversario se avergüence, y no tenga nada malo que decir de vosotros

El cuerpo de Cristo, la iglesia es un cuerpo que necesita cada uno de sus miembros en funcionamiento, la iglesia necesita de los maestros de la palabra, vemos que el Apóstol Pablo exorta a Tito a hablar conforme a la palabra de Dios, cuando las personas escuchas esta palabra son transformadas.
EL Espíritu Santo de Dios hace su obra en la vida del creyente, este actúa por la palabra dada por pastores y maestros entre otros, NO por el propio razonamiento humano, Dios por medio de su palabra y el actuar de su Espíritu Santo puede cambiar la vida de las personas.
A medida que la palabra de Dios comienza a actuar en nosotros, nuestra mente comienza a ser transformada y todas nuestras acciones y actitudes también, es por ello que si participamos de una iglesia donde se enseña la palabra de Dios, no tendremos dudas que creceremos espiritualmente, que nos desarrollaremos y nuestra persona vivirá una transformación radical, comenzaremos a vivir una vida acorde a la palabra de Dios, de allí es que debemos ser agradecido de haber recibido la palabra de Dios en nuestras vidas.
