Perhaps some people have a slightly dictatorial vision of God, as a punishing or rigid and intolerant God, or that God sees us only as servants. God has a vision about us as friends!

12 This is my commandment: That you love one another, as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. 14 You are my friends, if you do what I command you. 15 I will no longer call you servants, because the servant does not know what his lord is doing; but I have called you friends, because all the things that I heard from my Father, I have made known to you. 16 You did not choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. 17 This I command you: Love one another.

The Lord Jesus is our savior, and our teacher, but we cannot forget that he also calls us FRIENDS, now I invite you to imagine for a moment having as a friend that creator of heaven and earth, the one who holds in his hand the whole universe. This friendship is sustained by trust and intimacy.

Let us remember what the Lord says about us, "All that I have heard from my father, I have made known to you", This is evidenced in the word of God in all the promises to us, blessings from a long time before birth and for us to enjoy for all eternity.

Although the disciples have had the great privilege of living next to Jesus, of speaking with him on earth, today we have that great privilege of living a very close relationship with the savior, today Christ lives in our hearts , The Holy Spirit of God accompanies us and helps us all the time. We have enough of God to have the best relationship, BEST FRIENDS.

Quizás algunas personas tienen una visión de Dios un poco dictadora, como un Dios castigador o rígido e intolerante, o que Dios nos observa solo como siervos. Dios tiene una visión acerca de nosotros como amigos!

El Señor Jesús es nuestro salvador, y nuestro maestro, pero no podemos olvidar que también nos llama AMIGOS, ahora te invito a que imagines por un momento tener de amigo a aquel creador de los cielos y la tierra, aquel quien sostiene en su mano todo el universo. Esta amistad se ve sostenida por la confianza y la intimidad.

Recordemos lo que el Señor dice de nosotros, "Todo lo que he escuchado de mi padre, eso les he dado a conocer", Esto se evidencia en la palabra de Dios en todas las promesas para nosotros, bendiciones desde mucho antes de nacer y para que las disfrutemos por toda la eternidad.

Si bien los discípulos han tenido el gran privilegio de vivir junto a Jesús, de hablar con él en la tierra, hoy nosotros tenemos ese gran privilegio de vivir una relación bien estrecha con el salvador, hoy Cristo vive en nuestros corazones, El espíritu Santo de Dios nos acompaña y nos ayuda todo el tiempo. Tenemos suficiente de Dios para tener la mejor relación, MEJORES AMIGOS.
