El don de enseñar || the gift of teaching

A good teacher of the word not only specializes in being a good communicator, it is essential that he trace the word of God very well.

5 For this reason I left you in Crete, so that you could correct what was deficient, and establish elders in each city, just as I commanded you; 6 whoever is blameless, the husband of one wife, and has believing children who are not accused of dissolution or rebellion. 7 Because it is necessary that the bishop be blameless, as God's administrator; not arrogant, not hot-tempered, not given to wine, not quarrelsome, not greedy for dishonest gain, 8 but hospitable, loving what is good, sober, just, holy, self-possessed, 9 retainer of the faithful word as it has been taught, so that it can also exhort with sound teaching and convince those who contradict. 10 Because there are still many stubborn, talkers of vanities and deceivers, mostly those of the circumcision, 11 whose mouths must be covered; Who turn entire houses upside down, teaching what is not convenient for dishonest gain.

Titus 1.5-11

The Lord himself gave gifts to each of the children of God, to each member of the body he gave a specific function, Christ himself being the head of that body, within these gifts is the gift of teaching what is fundamental to give growth to the church and there are leaders who have the responsibility to correct and exhort through the word of God.

11 And he himself constituted some, apostles; to others, prophets; to others, evangelists; to others, pastors and teachers, 12 in order to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edification of the body of Christ, 13 until we all arrive at the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect male, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

Ephesians 4.11-13

These gifts and talents are not only given to a few, or only to the leaders, this gift of teaching the word of God can be given to any of the children of God and they will use it with full responsibility being Faithful to god.

Developing this ability to teach is not only about speaking well and influencing people, one can be a master in communication but speaking a lie here we refer to the correct layout of the word of God, this will allow the body of Christ develop and grow.

Teaching the word of God, understanding it and sharing the experience and everything learned through it gives a guarantee that it will allow the growth of the body of Christ, the word is clear and sharper than a two-edged sword.

If at this moment you have been blessed with this gift of teaching the word, God wants you to use it for the edification of the body, of the church, this responsibility brings greater glory as well as greater weight, speak of God .

Buen maestro de la palabra no solamente se especializa en ser un buen comunicador, es indispensable que trace muy bien la palabra de Dios.

5 Por esta causa te dejé en Creta, para que corrigieses lo deficiente, y establecieses ancianos en cada ciudad, así como yo te mandé; 6 el que fuere irreprensible, marido de una sola mujer, y tenga hijos creyentes que no estén acusados de disolución ni de rebeldía. 7 Porque es necesario que el obispo sea irreprensible, como administrador de Dios; no soberbio, no iracundo, no dado al vino, no pendenciero, no codicioso de ganancias deshonestas, 8 sino hospedador, amante de lo bueno, sobrio, justo, santo, dueño de sí mismo, 9 retenedor de la palabra fiel tal como ha sido enseñada, para que también pueda exhortar con sana enseñanza y convencer a los que contradicen. 10 Porque hay aún muchos contumaces, habladores de vanidades y engañadores, mayormente los de la circuncisión, 11 a los cuales es preciso tapar la boca; que trastornan casas enteras, enseñando por ganancia deshonesta lo que no conviene.

Tito 1.5-11

El señor mismo dio dones a cada uno de los hijos de Dios, a cada miembro del cuerpo le dio una función específica siendo Cristo mismo la cabeza de ese cuerpo, dentro de estos dones está el don de enseñar qué es fundamental para dar crecimiento a la iglesia y hay líderes que tienen la responsabilidad de corregir y exhortar mediante la palabra de Dios.

11 Y él mismo constituyó a unos, apóstoles; a otros, profetas; a otros, evangelistas; a otros, pastores y maestros, 12 a fin de perfeccionar a los santos para la obra del ministerio, para la edificación del cuerpo de Cristo, 13 hasta que todos lleguemos a la unidad de la fe y del conocimiento del Hijo de Dios, a un varón perfecto, a la medida de la estatura de la plenitud de Cristo;

Efesios 4.11-13

Éstos dones y talentos no son solamente entregados a unos pocos, o solamente a los líderes, este don de enseñanza de la palabra de Dios puede ser dado a cualquiera de los hijos de Dios y éste lo utilizará con total responsabilidad siendo fiel a Dios.

Desarrollar esta capacidad de enseñar no se trata solamente de hablar bien e influir en las personas, uno puede ser un maestro en la comunicación pero hablar mentira aquí nos referimos en el correcto trazado de la palabra de Dios, esta permitirá que el cuerpo de Cristo se desarrolle y crezca.

Enseñar la palabra de Dios, comprenderla y compartir de las experiencia y de todo lo aprendido a través de esta dan garantía que permitirán el crecimiento del cuerpo de Cristo, la palabra es clara y más cortante que espada de dos filos.

Si en este momento tú has sido bendecido con este don de enseñar la palabra, Dios desea que lo utilices para edificación del cuerpo, de la iglesia, esta responsabilidad de trae mayor gloria como así también mayor peso, habla de Dios.
