An abandoned neighbourhood // Un barrio abandonado
If we mix a disproportionate and rapid way of building houses with no attention to geotechnical studies, the result is that new neighbourhoods are abandoned. Single-family homes costing several hundred thousand euros, with all the details, have been left in oblivion without having been used for the first time.

A housing development on the outskirts of La Villa de los Barrios, in Cadiz, Spain, was ready to hand over the keys to the owners of its beautiful villas. But a series of cracks in the asphalt and movements in the hill where the development is located meant they never got to live in them.

The area is frequented by pet walkers like myself, and we walk carefully so as not to trip and fall in this neglected place.

Some houses have been cleared of glass and other debris by groups in order not to harm themselves by being in them and practising whatever they do in them.Airsoft and drunkenness where not to disturb anyone above all.

es triste pero cierto, hacen las cosas sin los estudios previos y estas son las consecuencias.
Seguramente usaron el estudio geotécnico de otra obra anterior o algún truco parecido causando esta tragedia. Un saludo @neoado.
