Kadayif with Pistachio; It is made with wire kadayif. It contains pistachios. It is made from beet sugar. It's a light dessert and one that I usually prefer.

I love it! Can recall buying Baklava in Corfu whilst we were on holidays there and they gave us a huge slab of it that my dad and I couldn’t manage. We ended up sharing it with the people who look after the Villa we hired!

Was it good? It was the best I’d ever eaten, way better than the rubbish they sell here in the U.K.

It's an honor to hear these words. My uncle also lives in Nottingham. They come to Turkey in the summer and we eat baklava together. Thank you so much 🙏☺️

In the dilemma walnuts or pistachio the answer is both! In Greece we most prefer walnuts but as many times as I tried baklava from Turkey with pistachios, they were excellent!

Well done pal, very tasteful post!
