Koreans are the "pumping" cartel of Hive and few other coins, I think you can trade in their exchanges. But if the question is about whether it can be spent in any retail outlet I have no idea.
According to response from AIs that I tried , hive is not accepted in most retail outlets in Korea , but there are exchanges in Korea where one can exchange their crypto for cash
I wish to be in Korea and see why so many big Hive investors are there. I can't tell but I really want to believe the token either started there are when Hive started the biggest investors were there
My Korean friend said that most stores there are not officially accepting it as a means of payment , but a person is allowed to spend with hive if the merchant/store accepts it

Well since it's a crypto I'm sure exchange platforms exist everywhere to spend it or am I missing the question
