It's quite cold early in the morning but it's hot from mid-morning even until the evening. Yes, we need to change the electric fan we're using with the stronger one.

I want to buy a smartwatch which I can use for Actifit. I hope soon. I need money for it.

Consider a Fitbit. There are many models and they are fairly cost effective. They also work well with the actifit app.
