Splinterlands Art Contest // Week 163/MALRIC INFERNO
For this weeks contest I am entering my favorite Splinterlands character. Not only do I like his look, but I think I have won more games using him then any other lol.
I wanted to give the scene and older more rustic look, so I started out with a midevil dungeon set.
Then using this image as a reference I went to work on making my Malric figure.
I started out using this model, and the challenge was to make him look as much like Malric as possible, while keeping true to my own style.
So I painted him red, gave him some muscle, and did some more work around the head and eyes.
I tried to put in as much detail as possible, even down to the cool earrings he wears.
And this was my final result! Hope you all have as much fun looking at him as I had making him.

Great job on Malric! I like how's he floating above his throne. You don't really see that he's like a genie instead of a man just by looking at his card. But when you look at him on the Lore page, you see that.
