I am not here to write about "Stir it up" by Bob Marley & The Wailers, no gentlemen, but about an activity and custom that we have in my family on saints days, even I had already written something about the fish Stir it up that we usually prepare on Thursdays and Fridays during Holy Week.
The Stir it up of fish is a delicious preparation where the meat of the salted fish is shredded, and stirred with fried vegetables and grains, this tasty preparation is given consistency with breadcrumbs.
In my home at Easter time, the Stir it up of fish is something that calls us to preserve the Christian traditions that my parents and grandparents have practiced for so long.
