In my family and even in my husband's family, there is the custom of preparing food on holy days, independent of religion in my town during Holy Week meals of various traditional recipes are prepared.
Those recipes that I am referring to can be prepared at home whenever we feel like it, but it is these days of spiritual connection where in our case we choose to recreate those traditions and family togetherness.
In my town there are many families that are encouraged each year to prepare the classic fish scrambled eggs that is part of traditional recipes that gives prestige to this beautiful place of life.
