In my case, I was born in a rural town where over time my community has improved its environment, mainly due to public policies that seek to promote growth and offer a more comfortable and safe life to the inhabitants.

Unfortunately, the crisis that my country is going through has relegated these changes in the environments, since each new stage of coexistence in the cities has meant a process of joint change back and forth, but where people only expect the execution of projects that tend to improve common spaces such as squares and parks through public spending.

For example, changes of references and models to understand how to really transform cities, I think that is achieved when citizens understand that these steps do not depend exclusively on public policies that seek to promote modernization, as citizens must commit to these changes.
