What a nice read Joy! Thanks so much for mentioning me and for your sweet words about my achievements. That means a lot.

I don’t know if I can add anything to this as you have stated very important traits to have. Being a positive goal setter is what I’ve always tried to do. Along the way I think it’s important that as we have our own successes we should also encourage and strive to inspire others who are also trying to achieve their goals. I am all about sharing what has worked for me and things I have endured or experienced in the midst of reaching my goals.
