Con el paso del tiempo, la comida callejera o comida rápida, se ha convertido en la favorita de muchos y les cuento que yo no soy la excepción, lo bueno es que está comida también la podemos realizar en casa y les aseguro que les quedará igual de rica.

En esta oportunidad realicé unos ricos perros calientes, a los que les agregué mis ingredientes favoritos. Te invito a quedes para que veas el paso a paso.

Preparación| Preparation

Primero lavamos muy bien el repollo y la zanahoria, rallamos, mezclamos y reservamos.

Seguidamente , cortamos las salchichas a la mitad ya que son un poco gruesa, y la cocamos en una olla a hervir.

Para continuar, le hacemos una abertura al pan en la parte superior y comenzamos a rellenar, primero la salchicha, luego la ensalada de repollo y zanahoria, luego las papitas.

Finalmente, le agregamos queso, salsa y mayonesa.
