ROOM FOR ONE MORE CREATIVE? MY INTRODUCTORY POST
I don't know how exactly to start my Introductory post ( I initially wanted to start with 'Hiiiiii, I'm this that' but then, I will try another style😅). Okay, wait, let me start my telling you my beautiful name. I really hope that you let me know yours in the comment section too, yes! I would really love to meet the amazing person taking time to read my first post.
My name is Adedeji Olawumi. I am a Nigerian, from Osun State Precisely. If you're non-nigerian, my name 'Olawumi' means 'I desire wealth' , I hope that helps a bit😊♥️. My Nickname is PEARL, and it felt so good when my username was available when my account was created. Trust me, it feels good to be the first 'CreativePearl' on Hive😌(lol)
HOW I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT HIVE
I got to know about Hive through an amazing and special person, who loves to see others grow in all aspects. He probably saw in me, what I myself have not even seen yet and said that I deserve to be on this amazing platform. He's none other than @starstrings01. I think he deserves a standing ovation...

Now, let me tell you about myself ( I promise to make it interesting)
I am a student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta(FUNAAB). I am currently in 400lvl(Courtesy of ASUU strike), studying Agricultural Economics and Farm Management. I am an entrepreneur (I own a really beautiful and amazing brand with the name 'ARDOR GLOBAL ENTERPRISES). I hope to own a big mall in the future (By God's Grace). I am also a Photographer (Say Cheese😁📸), and an intending Product designer.
I used to be an extrovert, but now, I'm in between being an introvert or something slightly opposite that sometimes, so I would consider myself an ambivert. I am a lover of God and a lover of beautiful things, spaces and places, in other words, i am an aesthete. Anything aesthetic can make me emotional(Based on true events😊). I am also an hodophile, i really love the idea of traveling, but honestly, I have not done much of that (In this life, have money 😩).
I have a really uncommon love for artworks, if I had the chance, my room would be filled with them. I love to read and i love trying new things out. I really love to explore (later, I will be writing on some of the places I have been, KINDLY ANTICIPATE😊) I don't have a best food or colour, by the way.
I have a really interesting personality, but you can never have that as a first impression of me. I mean!, just take a good look at this fine face and tell me how it portrays that of an interesting person😂

I feel like I have a shy and an extremely introverted look. Okay, I am actually a really shy person, but all the shyness disappear when I am used to a person( Trust me, I can be really troublesome)

WHY EXACTLY DID I JOIN HIVE?
What the platform is all about intrigued me when i learnt about it. I was invited by @starstrings01, because he believes in me and that I would do great here. My notes always stayed in my notes (I would rant and write on random things and just keep them there).
So, I shared some with him during one of our conversations and he loved them so much, and trust me, it made me so happy and boosted my confidence( I was like... gurrlll, maybe you are actually a good writer🙈)
So, basically, I dared to leave my comfort zone and put myself and my writing out there. I would love to do more on hive. I would also love to learn more( From all of you). I would love to grow and be a better version of myself. I would love to meet new people here as well. I see Hive as a platform that can definitely make all these possible.
I hope I'm welcomed warmly. I don't even mind a welcome party (hahaha).

You will find so much that interest you, so stay hyped but don't let it overwhelm you. You will want to be a part of everything & that's just not possible. I speak from experience, even now I am in so many things and doing so much that it feels overwhelming. Starstrings has been a great help at Cross Culture community and a good friend, one of my main 3 or 4 sources for learning about life in Nigeria. He's a boss at bringing good people to Hive so I'm always glad to meet them.
What are your bracelets, they look just like the kind that I got over here in East Asia. Some older people use them for meditation
