My Favorite Eggplants With Eggs

Good afternoon everyone! Flexing my favorite food every morning. In Filipino, it is called Torta from eggs, grilled eggplant and spices. We have this recipe once a week for a better budgeting. Eggplants were being picked in the school garden or when I am home, we also have it in the home backyard. Eggs, sometimes chicken gave us too.

It is so easy to cook and be careful in frying it. To avoid dark result, adjust the burner into medium or low temperature. Flip it gradually and you must attend and watch it while cooking to have a perfect result. We must lur love in cooking and avoid rushing it. With love , the result will be in a good desirable taste.

My working student and a driver knew how to perfectly cook it. All my working students learned a lot because I explained and taught them how to become a responsible human not only for me today but to everyone. I talked to them like my siblings not a helper or a worker. They eat and drink what I have. We are family in the absence of my siblings who live their life's in their own. It is a sad situation that we just see each other sometimes . That is why I am treating my students and working g student as my family. The people around me while I am in the mountain are all good because I love them too. Let us give what we have to others most especially when it comes to foods. Everyone who.is hungry, when they go to my kitchen, they can eat and besure to clean the dishes and lavatory after eating. A good relationship to the people around us could save our life in the near future when you are alone.
