Satrday overall was break even with still very low overall volume trying to limit the damage during the bad streak that I'm in. I'm moving on to Sunday now with 4 more chances to hopefully find some good bets...
Club Brugge vs Antwerp
Both teams are somewhat in a similar pattern of playing matches in the league where they could/should have won even while not impressing but fail to do so. This leaves them in 7th and 6th place with Club Brugge being without a win in the last 5. Antwerp on the other hand has been getting crushed in the Champions League but they had 1 extra day of rest. Antwerp only managed to win 1 away match in their last 5 against Westerlo. I'm leaning toward the under but 1 goal might blow this match right open since both right now don't seem to be most secure defensively.

Westerlo vs Union
Westerlo is in a crisis and were lucky to get away with a last-second draw which likely saved their coach for 1 more week. Something needs to change as the overall performance hasn't been up to the overall player quality. Westerlo still is last but at the same time they have not lost in their last 4 games never really putting up a great performance. Union on the other hand continues their winning way with a late comeback in the Europa League. The main danger today might be fatigue and underestimation. So for me right now it feels foolish to bet Westerlo while the lines on Union have been properly adjusted given that they are the big away favorite. I see it more likely that there will be final total Westerlo Collapse scenario which will be the last for De Roeck compared to the Westerlo upset win. The bet I will keep an eye on is the Over but for now,

AA Gent vs Standard
Standard is a team that is growing right now and the comeback at home in the 2nd half from 0-2 down against Anderlecht last week will make them closer and possibly better as a team. I am more optimistic about Standard compared to the previous 3-4 seasons now and do believe they have a good shot at still making it to Playoff 1. AA Gent took an easy win in Europe which might have boosted their confidence as the level of play in the league hasn't always been that good which shows in the last 4 games where they are without a win. I do think Standard will start the match mainly with an eye on keeping defensive control which they are capable of. AA Gent at home is in last place on the 1H table while Standard away is in 3rd place away. I took just tiny 0.1 unit bets on

Kortrijk vs Genk
Kortrijk last week at home against Club Brugge took a 1-0 win and with now 2 wins in their last 3 after their coach was fired they have some momentum. Their pitch is narrod and really bad at the moment which is in the disadvantage of the team that wants to play and their overall mentality has been good. Genk played in Europe but failed to really impress even though last weekend they took an easy 4-0 home win against Mechelen. The -1.25 line for me is just way too high to take the gamble given the fatigue and the pitch. At the same time, Kortrijk still isn't a team I'm willing to back as I do see them as one of the main releagtion candidates with this 'good streak' now as most likely a temporary thing.
