Psychology of Spending Money

Its true that mental health of a human and money problems are often inter-connected. If you understand psychology of spending money then you can easily control excessive shopping habits. These little our purchases sometimes may not feel harmless but in deed they make a lot if difference in your life when it comes to money.

Emotions sometimes can force you to buy something that you cannot afford. It really feels cool to buy something shiny for sometime but it causes troubles when you are trying yo pay off debt and also saving for the future. You need to control emotions when buying something you don't really need.

You wake up very sad in the morning due to some reasons and buy a lot of unnecessary gadgets that you cant afford to just make yourself feel good. This will put a lot of troubles for you when you will realize that your Credit Card Debt is way more than you can afford.

The Solution to this is that in next time you wake up sad, do t buy anything, wait for one to two days, Go for a walk , take a shower or do your favourite thing in order to keep yourself away from the situation mentioned above. Hopefully this will help you to control emotions of buying to feel yourself happy.

It is better to resolve the issue by talking to the person who you are angry with. If its not possible then try to find out different possible solutions but dont follow online shopping signals as shopping will just make you happy for small period of time, you will regret later when you have to pay monthly interest. So its better to control your emotions in such situation.
