Happy old month guys and welcome to another interesting episode of our weekly digest. Looks like the month is almost gone and the year fast approaching it's end. But I would like to ask a question which is, where do you see yourself more than a hundred years from now ?

If you say in the grave then you deserve spanking, for only those still alive would see you there. But if you tell me "undefined", then you truly understand your existence - although not all of it. Sorry if that piece of wisdom seemed harsh but it is what it is. I hope as we continue to progress so does our wisdom.

Alright, time to begin with the proceedings of this moment and I hope you enjoy them.

Finding Love Again Isn’t Enough

True but for whom exactly?

We have at some point in our lives indulged in a romantic relationship, facing both the good, bad and ummmmm.......in some cases leading to a break up/divorce and in some other cases death of one of the partner. But who does it affect (negatively) more in the aftermath, the man or the woman?

A very intriguing question and some of us may think we know the answer but.......keep reading so as to not embarrass yourself privately.

However, I still think you maybe right. 🤭

Fugitive Stars Are Escaping From Their Galaxy—and Heading to Ours

If you think we are the only ones that escape our place of residence to that of another for a better life, then think again. Although they may seem not to have life in them, certain stars are known for escaping from one galaxy to another and in this case it happens to be from a certain galaxy to ours (the milky way). Why are they escaping in the first place?
Or does our galaxy have anything better to offer them?

Well according to this report, the reason is because.....continue reading. Unfortunately, that happens to be the beginning of our galaxy's inevitable demise. How could our galaxy stab us in the back ? 😭

Brain’s Food-Seeking Circuit Overrides Hunger Signals

Ever experienced the feeling of hunger even after your belly is full, sometimes craving junks ?

Actually what you are feeling at that point may not be hunger - according to a recent discovery. It happens that there's a part of the brain that isn't working normally or that is overactive and this part of the brain has nothing to do with hunger but with.......continue reading. Now I see why rats behave the way they do and you would be surprised too. 🙀

Life's building blocks are surprisingly stable in Venus-like conditions: Study

Apart from our planet, which other planet in our solar system has the potential to support life or have life in it?

You may have guessed right but if you didn't, then I suggest you hold on for a while. So why would we think that this planet could contain life?
The reason you may not know but this report got you covered. Looks like water may loose it's status as a universal solvent. 🤭

The sticking point: Why physicists are still struggling to understand ice's capacity to adhere and become slippery

Most solids, if not all can have a slippery or rough/adhesive surface - not possessing both at the same time. The former has less resistance to motion whereas the latter has the opposite (more resistance). However, there seems to be an exception when you observe ice - the solid form of water, it can both resist motion due to it's sticky nature and also not resist motion due to it's slippery nature. This has baffle scientists for years, especially with the fact that different theories have been proposed to explain it but they........continue reading. I'm beginning to think the compound water is some godly ingredient, it seems to be the only substance with too many anomalies that if not present (the anomalies) we wouldn't exist in the first place.

It is here we conclude today's report, have a thoughtful day and till i come your way again next week.

Thank you all once again for stopping by to read my jargons and also thank you @stemng, @lemouth and the @Steemstem team for your valuable supports.
