Why Do We Cradle Babies in One Specific Arm?

Regardless of science, we are all aware of the fact that we are all growing and we continue till we die, even "growing old" is part of the growth. 😉
However if we trace the growth back we would get to a point where we were once micro-humans....... sorry, I mean babies. Have you lifted a baby before?

I believe we all have but there's something about carrying of babies most of us aren't aware of and it's that while carrying the baby, majority of us relax them them on one particular side of our body using one particular arm - actually the arm is located on the side where we rest the baby on our body. Do you know this particular arm and why we do it (subconsciously)?
