People without religion

We are in the world where every human have the power to decide what and what not to believe, do, and practice. Some people believe that there is no God and that the earth was formed as a result of big bang. The theory stated clearly that the earth was formed over millions of years as a result of big bang which involves many elements coming together, a d several explosions of supernova blablabla. No matter how much you preach to them about the creation of the earth, which the bible made us know, they see it as a cooked up story that lack evidence. In Nigeria, it's hard to come across people without religion, especially those that didn't believe in the existence of God, but I was opportune to meet two (a young guy who happens to be my friend and an elderly man around the neighborhood)
Sami (a developer) would always refuse to go to church at the instructions of his mum. He didn't believe in the bible. He sees it as a novel written by some genius. He would tell me he's not a fool that would waste his time worshiping what doesn't exist. He is a complete atheist. Sami is very intelligent and brainy. But each time I see or remember him, I see him as a senseless being. God's intelligence cannot be compared to that of mortal men. Psalm 53 vs 1 already said it all. It's only a fool who thinks in his heart that there's no God. Any sane man would never have such thought
Some people without religion are just being stupid because they refused to see and believe the truth that is open to them. On the other hand, some get discouraged due to the religious leader's attitude towards life. I was almost discouraged from going to church at a point because of what I've experienced with many men of God. Most of them are goat in sheep clothings. The pastor of the last church I attended before finally found myself where I am today denied my brother and lied against him. What acquited him was the recording I did when they were having the conversations. The tape was what the lawyer used as an exhibit to save my brother from losing his house. The pastor was lying comfortably all because of money. He wanted to take over the house and send him out. Can you imagine that. A house he didn't build
There are millions of churches across the world but a few do what God commanded. Many has turned the church to a business organization where they work to earn a living from people's tithe and offerings. They don't have the salvation of the people at heart. What they are after is the money. This has made a lot of people discard religion and live their lives believing in their instincts and not words from someone who calls his or herself God's servant
Moreso, fake prophets are everywhere doing miracles but not in Gods name. They only use the church as a cover up. Imagine seeing all these things. Some people have fall victims of the dubious acts of many men of God. My neighbor called himself a nihilist. He said his belief is based on nothingness. When I asked him why, he told me the world has turned upside down that nothing is worth believing. His mind has been currupted with many things he sees around the church. He was an elder of a church before he stopped practicing Christianity
I asked myself a question? Is religion really about christianity or worship?
Well, I got the answer from the video. It means worshiping God. The sins of Adam and Eve separated us from God, and the only way we can drift close to him is through worship, by practicing a religion. So we have to reconcile with God through religion. The bible made us to know in Matthew 24:11 That many false prophets will rise to deceive many. We should be weary of these people. They can easily lead us astray and at the end make us develop hatred for religion by the time we realize who they are

Believing that there is not God is evil and a big lie. I pity sami and I pray he finds the truth before it is too late. Alot of Christian as cause many to doubt the faith because of their character and the way they live just like the pastor that lie against your brother assuming you are not strong in faith that how you will be discouraged from serving God and believe it is not worth it.

Omo! The subject of religion can not be overemphasized especially in a country like ours because it's one of the major causes of problems we are facing today.
For the people that believe there's nothing like God. May life not put them in tight condition before their eyes open
