Crypto advert is regulated. It's in form of a disclaimer for anyone interested in investing.

Instead of going against cryptocurrency or banning it, regulating how it's preached is a better way forward. Most of us that have been into the cryptosystem understand the volatility, and how it can make or break. I realized that some people advertise crypto as an investment that can change financial status overnight because of their personal interests.

Though, there are issues where crypto turned a stinking poor man to a stinkingly rich dude based on crypto investment over time. This should not be used to cajole people into investing without telling them the risks involved.

Many people want a business they can do that would give a mouth-watering ROI within a very short period, and I believe cryptocurrency is capable of doing that. However, it can as well disappoint.

There are many coins in the market. Some were created with the intention of going away with people's money, while we have a series of legit ones. Apart from that, the ups and down the crypto world face make cryptocurrencies very unstable.

I have a slogan, and this is it

The next generation of billionaires are people that invest in cryptocurrency

Yes, it's lucrative, but how are we explaining it to potential investors?

This brings us to why India regulators came up with crypto advertising guidelines

Any crypto-related advert on TV or social media must follow a particular guideline. There are many digital assets, but the ones that are VDA (visual digital products) and exchanges must have a disclaimer just like the cigarette advert that has a disclaimer at the end of every advert, which says

"The federal ministry of health warns that smokers are liable to die young."

That doesn't stop people from taking it, and if taken with caution, and for a purpose, it might not be harmful. So if crypto is preached to the public with that disclaimer, the public would understand how it works and decide on how to invest, take caution, or not invest at all. This will swift the global adoption of cryptocurrency.

In this part of the world, I come from, people sell cryptocurrency to novice by bursting their heads with testimonies all in the name of making money through them. They don't care to explain the limitations. That's why some people bad-mouth cryptocurrency because of the experience they've had.

If the government can align with good and reliable crypto gurus and bring up a policy to guide the advertisement of crypto and punishment for anyone that bridges it, I think people will begin to see crypto as legit and not a fraudulent currency as most people think.

What's your take on this?

Thanks for reading.

This is ckole the laughing gas

The people doing V2K want me to believe it is this lady @battleaxe Investigate what she has been up to for 5 years. Its the next step to stopping this. Make her prove where she has been for 5 years or where she is now. She is involved deeply with @fystikken and his group. I cant say she is the one directly doing the v2k. Make her prove it. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Make @battleaxe prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the v2k in me is being broadcasted from her location. @battleaxe what is your location? https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism
