Yellow Cattura A Rare Variety Coffee in SEA | Roaming For Roasts
✨"Coffee from Trawas, a hilly region in east Java that is also growing coffee beans. Uniquely the beans that grow in the area are known as the Yellow Cattura variety. This variety doesn’t have a high yield and well as easily susceptible to coffee leaf rust making farmers rarely cultivate this variety. " @macchiata
Chocolate donuts and coffee with milk
✨"The combination that is created between the pastries with coffee is very rich and allows me to enjoy all those flavours, it was also a big tray and allowed me to eat several of them and thus achieve a perfect breakfast today, where things without much planning go wonderfully and that coffee with milk with a touch of sugar gave me a lot of energy to continue eating." @davidpena21

✨"Coffee to water ratio is 1:15 which means that I’m gonna need 200 grams (or, actually 196) of hot water. The double 20-gram dose will need exactly 300 grams of water. When we start to heat the water, it is time to grind the beans. Fresh-ground beans are always way tastier than pre-ground coffee. I am using this manual grinder, which is one of the best deals on the market. " @mdosev
Coffee and beer, my favourite hobby in a coffee shop
✨"When I ordered this combination, several of the eyes in the place turned to me. At the table, my wife was explaining to some of them that I drink coffee with beer every time I go to a coffee shop and even at home. When there is an activity and I drink beer, I make a pot of coffee and I also drink my cups of coffee." @tonyes

✨" I never despise a good coffee, there are some that do not adapt to the occasions if the days are very hot, the ideal is that they offer you a refreshing frappuccino or any other of its presentations in iced coffee, but here we are very traditional and we always lean towards hot coffee regardless of the ambient temperature." @sidalim88

✨"💖 My latte was exquisite, with a subtle vanilla flavour that I loved, I sincerely enjoyed every sip and although in this establishment there are many types of coffee, the vanilla latte is always my favourite option and it never disappoints me, on the contrary, it gets better every time!😍" @marcelys1
