The Best of the Beanies, in no particular order - they were all so good!
The first shipment by @irvinc
At ninety years old, old Miguel is still a man of rituals. Every afternoon at four o'clock he asks for a cup of coffee. If it is rainy season he drinks it in the living room sitting in his leather armchair, if it is dry season and the sun is shining he prefers to drink it outdoors under the shady mango tree that has guarded the entrance of his large house since the beginning of time.
First Full Sack Wins! (From the world of Serfdom and Sorcery) by @wrestlingdesires
Korhell sipped a strong cup of coffee in his good friend Frazfrea's living room. "I tell you, I've never had any problem, even as a kid I could lift a wallet and be gone without being noticed. Now I've not only been noticed, a few of those people almost saw my face!"
The best competition! by @tibilopez
The competition starts when it is time to serve the coffee since the one who finishes last has to wash the dishes and/or prepare lunch or dinner depending on the time, we have always had that tradition, which makes that coffee hour much more fun and the most awaited during the whole day.
Storm, coffee and love by @actioncats
Of all this trip, although it was hard, what I enjoyed most were those nights that although cold, since the frost was felt more, in the places where we sat down to rest we warmed coffee and told horror stories, also jokes and could not miss the improvised lessons of survival that this new walk was not superfluous, from now on the world would change and you have to know the basic and necessary things.
Strange Coffee Race by @germanandradeg
Another employee, from across the aisle, had reached across the aisle for the last bag of coffee and handed it to a little old lady who wanted to buy it.
Lucas and Oliver watched as the old lady walked happily towards the cashier to pay for her bag of coffee. They felt like crying. They felt defeated and decided they should go home.
Coffee Is Life. by @george-dee
"Would you mind joining a coffee race competition? It's happening soon", Penderis asked.
"I work every day of the week, not sure about that", George replied as he moved his bike.
"The prize is huge with a few coffee brand endorsements", Penderis tried persuading Huge.
A Coffee Alliance by @jhymi
As I walked out of Denim’s Café that evening, I knew my life was about to take a new turn.
We had been paired into groups of four bringing it to a total of five groups heading into the jungle that morning. We were given a wagon and we were told that the first group to deliver it to the people waiting at the other end of the town would get the grand prize.
Drinking coffee is not competition It is medicinal by @chacald.dcymt
He slowly drank one after another cup of espresso coffee, which was what the old people had agreed upon. When she only had one cup left, one of the old men said that for the deal to be fair Mary had to drink coffee from each of the cups in the restaurant, missing the giant gray cup where the chef drank coffee.
The Great Coffee Race by @diikaan
The rules were straightforward. The participants had to complete a challenging course through the city, marked by checkpoints at popular coffee shops. At each checkpoint, they were required to take a sip from their coffee cup before continuing the race. The first runner to reach the finish line with their coffee cup still intact would be crowned the champion.
The career of the baristas by @verdesmeralda
I filled out a form and I do not know the method they used for the selection, I consider that I was lucky or maybe it is the result of the mantra that I have been repeating for days, however, among so many applicants I was selected for the race, I was dead of nerves and excitement.
Well, that's it for the Best of the Beanies for last week's prompt.
