Hello, Actifitters!

I am trying to stay committed to my goal of achieving at least 5,000 steps a day, in addition to doing all the housework. I did some walking the other day, but I forgot to record it by opening the app. I need to set it to record manually because otherwise, it drains my phone battery.

Walking around the neighborhood at night, I noticed that the light decorations are still up. They haven't taken them down yet after the holiday. I enjoyed walking on the well-lit side of the street even though the holiday spirit is gone. Life is back to usual, where most are busy hustling.

I also noticed the cordon around the playground when I went into it. I checked the reason why it was cordoned off, and upon checking, I saw two night workers painting the playground area. Maybe they put up the warning line so no one would touch the freshly painted parts. After circling the community center twice, I started walking back home as I needed to prepare dinner for my boys. I had already cooked dinner; I just needed to set up the table.
