Nice Wednesday have all my love is nice, once again I am pleased to share with you all in the preparation of a delicious and healthy breakfast typical of the city in which I am a native, my beautiful Cumana also our famous grilled arepas are accompanied with shredded fish stew and plantain parboiled, this dish is part of our Venezuelan cuisine and many households prepare it to taste and share with family.
Bonito miércoles tengan todos mi amor es bonito, una vez más me complace compartir con todos ustedes en la preparación de un delicioso y saludable desayuno típico de la ciudad en la cual soy oriunda, mi bella Cumanà además nuestras famosas arepas asadas son acompañadas con pescado guisado desmenuzado y plátano sancochado, este plato forma parte de nuestra gastronomía venezolana y muchos de los hogares lo preparan para degustar y compartir con la familia.

Harina de maíz, pescado guisado desmenuzado, plátano.
How to prepare:
In a bowl pour a quantity of water with salt to taste and the corn flour, then stir and knead until obtaining a soft dough, then divide into portions and with the hand flatten and make some circles, then put in a pot on the fire to cook, turn over and remove when they are cooked and crunchy when they are ready we proceed to serve our dish with some shredded fish stew that was left over from the previous day and to accompany it chop into slices the plantain that was previously parboiled and garnish with parsley leaves, presenting it as shown in the pictures.

En un bowl echamos una cantidad de agua con sal al gusto y la harina de maíz después revolver y amasar hasta obtener una masa suave luego dividir en porciones y con la mano vamos aplanando y haciendo unas circunferencias seguidamente poner en un caldero al fuego para su cocción, se debe voltear y retirar cuando ya estén cocidas y crujientes al estar listas procedemos a servir nuestro plato con un poco de pescado guisado desmenuzado que había quedado del día anterior y para acompañar picar en rodajas el plátano que previamente se puso a sancochar y adornaremos con hojas de perejil presentando así como muestran las imágenes.
