Greetings to everyone,

To all vegetable lovers I wish you all a great day. We are here today with our monthly garden updates. Before I share my updates on my garden I want you all to know that I am happy to have been in this community and have had friends in different parts of the world. And I am thankful to those who initiated the monthly activity @riverflows and @minismallholding and to everyone who built the gardenhive and to everyone who became my friend here who shared good ideas especially on caring for vegetables thank you so much.

In my previous garden I encountered many problems, many aphids, worms and I have vegetables that are difficult to grow. And even so, I was able to harvest correctly, sell and distribute to others.

Polish_20220705_114142750.jpg

In a few months of harvesting I thought of planting a new one because my vegetables were old. And while the given product of each vegetable is still good, I still planted a new one and in case each vegetable is no longer able to provide a good product, there will be resources immediately. I want to share with you my new seedlings and I will also show you my vegetables that still bear good fruit.

Still bear good fruit.

My tomato before I didn’t succeed but I didn’t give up and I still tried to take care of the tomato. This kind of tomato is beautiful, the fruits are large and smooth.

STRING BEANS

Of all that I planted before, this one survived and gave me good fruit. And now I took it seeds and planted it and it immediately grew.

Polish_20220705_120852987.jpg

I thought of raising chayote and this is my first time planting it and it is a challenge that I will play as a farmer. I hope I have success in chayote. I hope you have ideas on how to take care of chayote and please share.

LONG GREEN PEPPER

Polish_20220705_121537192.jpg

I am happy to share with you that my peppers have many fruits. And even though it is rich in fruit I have new plants of it.

CHINESE KANGKONG
( WATER SPINACH)

Polish_20220705_122144398.jpg

My chinese kangkong is very rich in leaves and I often fertilize it to make it fatter and give many new leaves. And even though my chinese spinach is good I also planted new ones. That is how it has grown and in a few days and weeks it will flourish.

SPINACH
(ALUGBATE)

Polish_20220705_122705993.jpg

This is the best vegetable we grow. Since I was a child and until now we have always had a spinach plant. And even though my spinach is lush I have a new crop of it and a different breed.

BELL PEPPER

Polish_20220705_123055010.jpg

I had a hard time with my bell pepper because ants always eat it and I always remedy it with soap and water. And now there is fruit.

UBE

IMG_20220705_062919.jpg

I tried to take care of ube. Just one first because I tested my ability to take care of it first. And just in case it makes me lucky I will plant a lot.

LEMON BASIL

Polish_20220705_123659522.jpg

My lemon basil is still beautiful and now it has flowers and in the next few days it will increase.

LEMON GRASS

Polish_20220705_123959686.jpg

My lemon grass is getting bigger and bigger and has more leaves. It's too much for us every day. We used to just ask for lemon grass from the neighbors and now we are the ones giving it away.
GINGER

Polish_20220705_124305078.jpg

Ginger, on the other hand, remains healthy and grows well and when the right time comes, it can also be harvested.

OKRA

Polish_20220705_124618361.jpg

SWEET POTATO

Polish_20220705_124846140.jpg

This is my first sweet potato crop and it has two breeds. One is called the five finger sweet potato and the other is the ordinary red leaf that usually makes the young leaf salad. And it is next to the new Chinese spinach plant.

Oh wow, your garden is so beautiful and a lot of fruits to harvest. In chayote maybe you should first grow the roots before you plant them in the ground to avoid them withering. You can wash it with water and put it in plastic for a few days so that its roots can come out easily before you put it in the soil bed. I'm glad to see that you are trying to grow lettuce too and I'm so excited to see you reaping more of the fruit soon. Thank you for participating @chuch 😍.

Thanks @luckylaica for the compliment and thanks for the invaluable idea of planting chayote. I will try to make your idea into my chayote. And yes I tried to grow lettuce so I could learn to eat it on my own crops. Hope to reap a lot soon. Have anice day and you are always welcome.

Hello @farmboy-boss thank for the nice compliment. That chinese kangkong is perfect in your place.. It is not necessary to plant it in watery area all you need is hose it everyday. Have a nice day... 😊
