MY LATE SUMMER VIBES

Greetings,

Hello everyone I'm so happy to be here again. I hope everyone is okey and enjoy. I want to share with you my late summer vibes. During the summer months we could not enjoy the beach because of many things to prioritize. And even though I’m busy right now I’m really looking for time that I can take my loved ones to the beach. I really gave them time especially my daughter who is a beach lover.

Yesterday my mom suggested making hanging rice known as poso. It is made of coconut leaves. This is the easiest to carry especially when picnic on the beach. And it's hassle free because it's easy to carry and if there's nothing left in the hanging rice there's nothing to take home. At exactly 6:00 am the hanging rice was cooked and everything was ready we left and there we had breakfast on the beach. Before we went to the beach we first went to the market to buy pork, chicken, fish, hotdog and charcoal.

We agreed that we would grill everything we bought for ease. And other igredients like onions, garlic, vinegar and soy sauce we bought and the calamansi, spring onions and tomatoes I picked it in my garden.

While my companions were grilling I took a walk by the sea. I enjoy listening to the beating of the waves, it is nice to breathe the fresh sea air, feel the heat of the sun and the pleasure of holding the sand.

And then I went back to my companions and I helped make the sauce and prepare the food so we could have breakfast.

After we ate we started to swim and everything we want to do to enjoy our late summer vibes. The coolness of the sea water relieves stress and we enjoy it especially the kids. And even though our summer is late, we had much fun with the family and bonding happily and well.
