Un delicioso arroz [Esp-Eng]

Feliz noche amigos espero estén teniendo una semana llena de energía positiva y buenas vibras, hoy tenía antojo de comer arroz con vegetales, es una de mis comidas preferida porque amo comer vegetales y cada vez que tengo vegetales lo preparo y hoy les quiero compartir mi receta para que se animen a prepararlo, sin más que decir paso a los Ingredientes y al paso a paso.

Happy evening friends I hope you are having a week full of positive energy and good vibes, today I was craving to eat rice with vegetables, it is one of my favorite meals because I love eating vegetables and every time I have vegetables I prepare it and today I want to share my recipe to encourage you to prepare it, without more to say step to the ingredients and step by step.

1\2 calabacin
1 papa
Repollo
1 zanahoria
1 cebolla pequeña
Aji
Ajo
Montes(celery, cilantro y cebollin)
31/2 tazas de agua
11/2 tazas de arroz
Cúrcuma
Curry
1/2 cucharada de sal
1 huevo
1 chorrito de aceite

1 zucchini
1 potato
Cabbage
1 carrot
1 small onion
Chili
Garlic
Montes(celery, cilantro and onion)
31/2 cups of water
11/2 cups of rice
Turmeric
Curry
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 egg
1 dash of oil

Lavo muy bien los vegetales, pelo la papa y la zanahoria luego los pico en cuadritos pequeños, pico el medio calabacin y reservo.
Lavo bien el repollo, lo pico con el pela papas y lo dejo un rato en agua con sal y vinagre.

I wash the vegetables very well, peel the potato and the carrot, then I chop them into small squares, I chop the half zucchini and set aside.
I wash the cabbage well, chop it with the potato peeler and leave it for a while in water with salt and vinegar.

Pelo y pico la cebolla en cuadritos pequeños, ya los montes el ají y el ajo los tenía picados y metidos en aceite para que se conserven por más tiempo.
Cuando ya tenía listo todos los ingredientes puse a sofreir los montes, el ají y la cebolla con un poquito de aceite. Mezcle bien y le agregue la cúrcuma al gusto, el curry al gusto y media cucharada de sal y mezcle.

I peeled and chopped the onion into small squares, and the chili and garlic I had chopped and put them in oil so that they would keep longer.
When I had all the ingredients ready, I fried the mounts, the chili and the onion with a little bit of oil. Mix well and add the turmeric to taste, the curry to taste and half a spoonful of salt and mix.

Cuando estaban bien sofrito le eche la papa, la zanahoria y el calabacin, volví a mezclar deje cocinar por 2 minutos, escurri bien el repollo y se lo agregue.

When they were well sautéed, add the potato, carrot and zucchini, mix again and let cook for 2 minutes, drain the cabbage well and add it.

Volví a mezclar deje cocinar 2 minutos más mientras lavaba bien la taza y media de arroz, cuando estuvo limpio se lo agregue a los vegetales, mezcle bien cocine por 2 minutos más y le agregue las 3 tazas y media de agua, mezcle bien y deje cocinar a fuego alto cuando el arroz estaba casi seco le baje la llama y lo tape hasta que se secara bien y lo apague, listo para servir.
Este arroz me gusta acompañarlo con un huevo revuelto, me encanta como sabe.

I mixed again and let it cook for 2 more minutes while I washed well the cup and a half of rice, when it was clean I added it to the vegetables, mix well, cook for 2 more minutes and added the 3 and a half cups of water, mix well and let it cook over high heat when the rice was almost dry I lowered the flame and covered it until it dried well and turned it off, ready to serve.
I like to serve this rice with a scrambled egg, I love the way it tastes.
