Hola hive amigos, en especial de esta comunidad de BE Entrepreneur, primera vez que publico por esta hermosa comunidad, hoy les quiero hablar sobre el emprendimiento de mi hija DULCE AMARGO, mi hija y su esposo hace 8 años empezaron con un sueño de tener una panadería y vender dulces, tortas y todo lo relacionado con el ramo pastelero y panadero, han tenido un duro comienzo las cosas a veces no le han salido como ellos lo han planificado pero nunca han abandonado sus ganas de salir adelante, empezaron en su casa en un pequeño cuartico que tenían ahí lo arreglaron pero en realidad las ventas nunca fueron buenas, hubo un tiempo que sí pero les llego mucha competencia pero competencia desleal porque siempre ponían los productos muy por debajo del precio de ellos y como ellos son artesanales su producto no es igual que los productos de una panadería comercial entonces no podían competir con los precios de ellos por no tener el mismo poder adquisitivo de ellos, la maquinaria ni el personal, fueron años duros en los que a veces ni para comer hacían. Despues de varios años de luchas y tropiezos mi hermano les insistió que vinieran al pueblo donde nacíeron que aquí les iría mejor por que no había panadería y entre una cosa y otra lo estuvieron pensando y venían en las tardes cuatro o cinco horas diarias y aquí de verdad han tenido bastante receptividad la gente los esperaba con mucho entusiasmo y a veces cuando llegaban las 6 de la tarde y no habían llegado la gente se desesperaba esperando ese pan, así estuvieron seis meses hasta que en enero mi hermano le alquiló formalmente el local y ahí empezaron de lleno, el sueño del esposo de mi hija era siempre empezar con cuatro harinas de maiz, o sea con un poquito de cada cosa y todo el mundo le decía que estaba loco que así no lo iba a lograr porque más era lo que iba a gastar en pasaje que las ganancias que iba a tener Y él decía a mí nadie me va a hacer desistir de mi sueño por que yo quiero crecer.

Cuando quitaron el negocio de al lado él se metió de lleno en eso pues empezó a meter harina, mantequilla, arroz pero claro de a poco empezó con $100 que no es mucho dinero pero esos $100 los iba multiplicando pues todos los días o casi todos los días iba a comprar aunque eso le generara mucho cansancio pero así es como se hacen las cosas grandes en ese tiempo alquilaron otra vez el negocio de al lado y la persona que lo alquiló les quiso hacer también lo mismo una competencia desleal pero sin embargo ellos ya decidieron no caer en ese juego ellos se dedicaron de lleno a crecer ellos como persona y como negocio y la ventaja de ellos es que ellos son emprendedores o sea que no tenían por que estar compitiendo con nadie, la otra persona también entrego el local y ellos se mudaron al local más grande y ahora Aunque siguen endeudados porque decidieron meter más cosas en el negocio ahora se ven más prósperos, más alegres y con más entusiasmo, ellos venden pan hechos por ellos mismos, tortas, pasapalos, refrescos, a veces ponen combos y lo que la gente les encargue pues tienen muchas ganas de salir adelante y yo se que lo van a lograr a corto plazo porque ya tienen muchos años trabajando en eso están luchando por tener un punto propio que es lo que les hace falta pero por ahora trabajan con uno alquilado y en salir de deudas para empezar a ver de lleno las ganancias de su negocio, se que Dulce Amargo que es el último nombre con el que se quedaron porque antes eran tortas y pasapalos las delicias de Sotillo, después la gente como vendían el pan sobre una mesa los bautizo como la mesita de Sotillo, se que lo van a lograr porque tienen mucho entusiasmo y muchas ganas de salir adelante por ellos y por sus 3 hijos, éxitos para el emprendimiento de mi hija y su esposo DULCE AMARGO

After several years of struggles and stumbles my brother insisted that they come to the town where they were born that here they would do better because there was no bakery and between one thing and another they were thinking about it and came in the afternoons four or five hours a day and here they really have had enough receptivity people were waiting for them with great enthusiasm and sometimes when they arrived at 6 pm and had not arrived people despaired waiting for that bread, My daughter's husband's dream was always to start with four corn flours, that is, with a little bit of each thing, and everyone told him he was crazy and that he was not going to make it because he was going to spend more money on transportation than the profits he was going to make, and he said no one is going to make me give up my dream because I want to grow.

The person who rented it wanted to do the same thing to them, an unfair competition, but they decided not to fall into that game, they dedicated themselves fully to grow as a person and as a business and the advantage of them is that they are entrepreneurs, that is, they did not have to be competing with anyone, The other person also gave up the premises and they moved to the bigger premises and now, although they are still in debt because they decided to put more things in the business, they are now more prosperous, happier and with more enthusiasm, They sell homemade bread, cakes, pastries, snacks, soft drinks, sometimes they sell combos and whatever people ask them for, because they really want to get ahead and I know that they are going to make it in the short term because they have been working on it for many years and they are fighting to have their own place, which is what they need, but for now they are working with a rented place and getting out of debt to start seeing the profits of their business, I know that Sweet Bitter is the last name with which they stayed because before it was cakes and pasapalos the delights of Sotillo, then the people as they sold bread on a table baptized them as the little table of Sotillo, I know they will succeed because they have a lot of enthusiasm and desire to move forward for them and their 3 children, success for the enterprise of my daughter and her husband SWEET BITTER.
