Jugo de melón[Esp-Eng]

Happy and blessed evening friends, I hope you are well and struggling to achieve everything you propose, I am struggling to improve my health and I must lose weight so every day I look for alternatives in terms of food and drinks that hydrate me, satiate me and bring me benefits, in this search I found the melon which is rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and very refreshing in these hot days and after my long walks, a compadre planted melon and is harvesting and selling it for $ 1 a kilo price that seems very good to me.

Comienzo por lavar bien el melón, lo pico por la mitad y le saco las semillas y lo que sostiene las semillas y con eso preparo una leche de semillas de melón.

Leche de semillas de melón

Echo las semillas en la licuadora le agrego agua y las bato muy bien en la licuadora a alta velocidad por 3 minutos, luego las cuelo y lo meto en la nevera y lo tomo cuando me provoque. Esta leche vegetal es rica en vitaminas y minerales y muy buena para la, salud y no hace falta agregarle azúcar porque sabe muy bien.

Melon seed milk.

I put the seeds in the blender, add water and blend them very well on high speed for 3 minutes, then I strain it and put it in the fridge and drink it whenever I feel like it. This vegetable milk is rich in vitamins and minerals and very good for your health and there is no need to add sugar because it tastes great.

Jugo de melón

Pelo el melón y lo corto en cuadros pequeños y echo la mitad en la licuadora con un litro de agua y una cucharada de azúcar, licuo muy bien por 5 minutos para que se licue bien y listo luego hago lo mismo con la otra mitad pero a este le eche 3 cucharadas de azucar por que a mis nietos no les gusta con poca azúcar y se los serví con bastante hielo y ellos muy felices.

Melon juice.

I peel the melon and cut it into small squares and put half of it in the blender with a liter of water and a spoonful of sugar, I blend it very well for 5 minutes so that it blends well and then I do the same with the other half but I add 3 spoonfuls of sugar to this one because my grandchildren do not like it with little sugar and I served it to them with a lot of ice and they were very happy.

Mientras preparaba este rico y refrescante jugo mi nieto y yo aprovechamos de comernos unos pedazos de melón que estaba bien maduro y dulce, provocaba comérselo todo🤤.

While I was preparing this rich and refreshing juice, my grandson and I took the opportunity to eat some pieces of melon that was very ripe and sweet, it made me want to eat it all🤤.
