Un saludo a todas, por aqui vengo a participar en el Concurso Nº 82 de la Comunidad Damas de Hive, que esta semana nos trae un tema muy polemico, como es el papel de la mujer en la sociedad.

Hoy día podemos darnos cuenta que el rol de la mujer en la sociedad, ha sufrido muchos cambios con el paso del tiempo, en la historia de la humanidad podemos observar que las mujeres éramos un cero a la izquierda, nuestra opinión no valía nada, hasta se nos consideraba propiedad del hombre, para nuestros padres solo servíamos para hacer quehaceres del hogar, casarnos y procrear.
Today we can realize that the role of women in society has undergone many changes over time, in the history of mankind we can see that women were a zero to the left, our opinion was worthless, even we were considered the property of men, for our parents we only served to do household chores, marry and procreate.

Las mujeres fuimos tratadas de manera discriminatoria por años, tratándonos como un ser inferior al hombre, al punto de considerarnos no aptas para trabajar, mucho menos para estudiar o capacitarnos en algún oficio, hasta en las iglesias a la mujer se le daba un trato excluyente, si leemos en la Biblia lo que dice en 1 Timoteo 2:12 dice, “Yo no permito que la mujer enseñe ni que ejerza autoridad sobre el hombre, sino que permanezca callada” en la iglesia. Encontraremos muchos versículos donde hacen referencia a que la mujer debe estar sujeta al hombre; En mi opinión cosas como estas, dieron origen al trato discriminatorio hacia nosotras, porque tomaron estas palabras literalmente y para todos los aspectos de la vida, sin detenerse a pensar, que quizás era solo para la iglesia, o tal vez fue un error de transcripción, pero ¿Nos creó Dios como seres inferiores? Yo no lo creo, pues él nos creó como complemento para el hombre, Su ayuda idónea.
Women were treated in a discriminatory way for years, treating us as inferior to men, to the point of considering us unfit to work, much less to study or train in any trade, even in the churches women were given an exclusive treatment, if we read in the Bible what it says in 1 Timothy 2:12 says, "I do not allow women to teach or to exercise authority over men, but to remain silent" in the church. We will find many verses where they make reference to the fact that the woman should be subject to the man; In my opinion, things like this gave rise to the discriminatory treatment towards us, because they took these words literally and for all aspects of life, without stopping to think that maybe it was only for the church, or maybe it was a transcription error, but did God create us as inferior beings? I don't think so, because He created us as a complement for man, His ideal help.
